Product Variations: Whilst every effort is made to match your order as closely as possible to product images and descriptions, we reserve the right to make substitutions with similar flowers of equal or greater value. Such substitutions will not entitle the customer to a refund or compensation unless required by law.

Flower care instructions should be followed to maintain quality and longevity; we are not liable for deterioration after successful delivery where care instructions are not followed.
